By accessing and using the TheWaala Hotel PMS website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

TheWaala provides cloud-based hotel property management software and related services. Our platform includes modules for front desk management, reservations, billing, housekeeping, POS, reporting, and multi-property management.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Pricing is available on our pricing page and may change with notice.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
  • All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our money-back guarantee.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will be suspended.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into TheWaala PMS. We will not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing our services to you. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website and within our software are the property of TheWaala. You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TheWaala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
